When contacting this practice, your telephone call or email will be answered by myself.
In the event that you call whilst I am either with a client, or away from my consulting room, a secure answer machine is available to take your message. Upon my return, your message will be responded to promptly.
When preparing to record a voice message on my practice answer machine, please wait for the prompt to record, then speak steadily and clearly, leaving your full name and contact details, together with the most appropriate times for me to contact you. When suggesting times for me to call you, please keep in mind that, due to my many practice commitments, it may not always be possible for me to call you back immediately. Therefore, it is advised that you leave your contact details as they relate to the following two working days.
Under normal circumstances, I will respond to your email enquiries within two working days, although this may increase at times of heavy workload. Please be patient, as I will always reply.
When communicating with my practice via telephone or email, please keep in mind that these means of communication can never be as secure as in-person counselling held at my consulting room. Should you wish to discuss a particularly delicate or highly sensitive matter, it's good advice to consider that, whilst unlikely, your call, or email, could be intercepted.
